TOTLCOM Inc. and Layer 3 IT, Inc. Merger

 

The merger brings advanced experience and technology to support both data and voice systems to customers in the Central and Northern California regions. Layer 3 IT and TOTLCOM have served mutual customers over the years, where TOTLCOM served the voice technology needs, and Layer 3 IT supplied the data service needs. Now the customers have one company to call for all their technology needs, whether it be voice or data.

After seeing the exceptional service we provide, customers have asked us to take over their data networks too. Now we are in a much better position to do so.”
